Job Responsibilities:

Automation System Support:
1. Assist in the design, installation, and modification of automation systems for
semiconductor equipment.
2. Help maintain automation equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets
production goals.
3. Work closely with senior engineers to assist with the integration of automation
systems with manufacturing processes.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
1. Assist in diagnosing and resolving automation-related issues with manufacturing
equipment.
2. Perform routine checks, diagnostics, and maintenance on automation systems to
prevent downtime.
3. Support the calibration, adjustment, and troubleshooting of PLCs, robots, and
other automated equipment.

Process Improvement:
1. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase
equipment efficiency and reduce operational downtime.
2. Support efforts to optimize automated processes in collaboration with senior
engineers and other departments.

Data Collection and Reporting:
1. Assist with the collection and analysis of performance data from automation
systems.
2. Help prepare reports on equipment performance, identifying trends, and
suggesting potential improvements.

Documentation and Compliance:
1. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to automation systems,
repairs, and improvements.
2. Assist in ensuring all automation systems comply with company standards and
industry regulations

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Work with cross-functional teams such as equipment engineering, IT, and
production to support automation-related projects.
2. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to meetings and
brainstorming sessions.

Continuous Learning and Development:
1. Stay updated with new technologies in the field of automation and
semiconductor manufacturing.
2. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical
skills.

Job Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in automation, equipment engineering, or a related
technical field.
2. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes or automation systems
is a plus but not required.

3. Basic knowledge of automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, robotics, or
DCS.
4. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., VB.NET, VB6, C++) and
software used in automation systems is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented
environment.
6. Proactive attitude with an eagerness to support and learn from senior engineers.
7. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
