Senior Engineer/ Engineer , Diffusion Implant Equipment (Ref: 250700125)

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical tools (SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS) to optimize equipment performance and robustness.
  • Establish and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to improve equipment quality, cost, and productivity.
  • Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to address yield, WAT, and operational issues.
  • Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support maintenance based on production forecasts.
  • Lead new equipment start-up from facility hookup to production acceptance.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
  • Set targets to minimize wafer scrap, reduce equipment cost per wafer, and optimize utilization.
  • Provide training and guidance to AEs and TAs on troubleshooting, equipment knowledge, and risk assessment.
  • Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for issue resolution.
  • Develop long-term solutions for recurring hardware and operational issues.
  • Create and maintain implant operation SOPs and PM work instructions.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical / Material Science / Material Engineering
  • Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Diffusion Implant Equipment
  • Familiar with all the implant tools: Varian E500, VIISTA900, VIISTA HCP, GSD, Axcelis HE/VHE. AMAT XR80.
  • Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
  • Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
