Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer - Thin Film CVD Equipment (Ref: 250400101)

Job Description

  • Follow SOPs and execute CAS in accordance with specifications.
  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain good housekeeping across production, sub-fab, office, and maintenance areas.
  • Adhere to safety practices and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Use PROMIS to monitor SPC charts and apply PR rules accurately.
  • Operate measurement instruments effectively for data collection.
  • Support 12-hour shift operations to ensure equipment readiness for production.
  • Assist Engineers in equipment installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and recovery.
  • Support equipment improvement initiatives and maintain support tools.
  • Ensure accurate shift handover, documentation, and checklist completion.
  • Promote wafer scrap reduction and quality awareness.
  • Participate in CIT/Stop & Fix programs to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with operators to meet manufacturing and module objectives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics
  • Experience in semiconductor industry and with Thin Film CVD Equipment / Track equipment tools is advantageous.
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
  • An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
  • Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
  • Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Prefer candidate with hands-on experience in CVD module machines such as AMAT Producer/Centura/P5K, NVLS_SPEED/SEQUAL.
